Sam was born and raised in Southern Maine and has always loved the natural beauty the state offers. During her childhood summers, Sam spent extensive time at her grandfather's home on Mount Desert Island where she gained a true appreciation for Maine's coastline as well.

After graduating from UNH with a B.S. in Equine Studies, Samantha pursued her professional goals in the equine industry in New Hampshire and Florida before returning home to Maine to settle down. Her passion for the unique charm of Maine land from farm to coast remains true and she specializes in Maine equestrian properties.
